These surfboard bar tops are an unfinished natural wood, these are not MDF board. The natural grain of these boards will vary. 
These are made from 5/4" edge glued pine (true thickness is 1")

Each unfinished wood surfboard is sanded and both sides are is rounded to have the real surfboard look. 

We do strive to limit the knots on each individual board. They are paint or stain ready.
